Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle online bidding on portals such as Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and PPH.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
  • Meet revenue generation targets through effective bidding strategies.
  • Take ownership of client communications, including meetings and proposal preparation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow business in line with company goals.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.

Key Requirements:
  • 0-2+ years of experience in online bidding and lead generation via platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and PPH.
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation through bidding portals.
  • Ability to handle clients effectively and maintain relationships.
